True or False Labor? how to determine which is which?

To figure out if the contractions  you are feeling are the real thing, ask yourself the following question :


1. How often do the contractions occur?

False labor
-contractions are often irregular & do not get closer.
True labor
-contractions come at regular intervals & last about 30-70 seconds. As time goes on, they get closer together.


2.Do they change with movement?


False labor
-contractions may stop when you walk or rest, or may even stop if you change positions.
True labor
-contractions continue despite movement or changing positions.


3.How strong are they?

False labor
-contractions are usually weak & do not get much stronger. or they may be stronger at first & then get weaker.
True labor
-contractions steadily increase in strength.


4.Where do you feel the pain?


False labor
-contractions are usually only felt in the front of the abdomen or pelvic region
True labor
-contractions usually start in the lower back & move to the front of the abdomen.

hye luvly : ) have u ever felt tired of make up... I mean whenever u want to go out u have to spend at least half & hour just to get ready & put some make up on??? I do!!! my face will look pale w/o make up...

so i have to.... really hoping for flawless skin....mb 1 day i'll just have to put baby powder & a bit eyeliner to go...
