Me order empel penyet(smashed beef) mr hubby ordered ayam penyet(chicken Duh!)
Sambel dia sedapppp..... Spicy gila... Siap bwk botol air k in case air tk cukup....
Phew! Tp now dh thn pedas... So ok la...

Hows ur weekends? Mine was oukay..On saturday we went to Times Square .... Went around & we ate at this 1 kopitiam dunnoe if its new
But the food were quite nice... Its near to Watson pharmacy in level 1.. We ordered nasi lemak with ayam goreng rempah & mee soup.... Usually I dun eat the yellow mee bcuz it taste bitter but this time its not bitter at all... The only problem was the coke has no gas in it so the coke is superr sweet...grrr....
Anyway,
Haih too much work can't even think... Nk mkm pun mcm a bit hard sbb too tired....
Smlm.I cooked fried kuetiew with egg... Hubby love it...yayyer!
2day tk bwk bekal pun... :-(
Nk mkn roti jela.... Diet mar kikikiki~

Tp bini dia ni degil.... Nk cantek kn utk suami jgk... Degil bab ni takpe degil bab lain durhaka la dikau... So dia dah letak limit la... Smpai dia ckp stpp means I have to stop... Ok bos!

tah why these few days mcm really tired... tak bermaya...

mb its bcuz of its d day of the month?

backache, stomache, headache, no appetite to eat...

seriusly, I'm goin to go on massive diet plan... b4 my bday I want to be able to get my ideal weight & inches... lalalal~

it's not easy weyh...

my must eat everyday water, fruits & oats...

water will help cleanse my body in & out.. its also good for the skin... ok dah kawen kena jaga our skin.. not only product cream tu sume but water intake as well...

ouh yea, I come accross this 1 product.. very popular permintaan tinggi... org ramai beli sbb dia ada agen pemutih kulit tapi actually dia menipiskan kulit.. sbb dia bleach... jadi putih but pucat la.. aaaa... scary..

hati-hati la before nak guna product tu better kita explore the ingredients dulu...
anyway,
fruits help with our digestive system... ever heard of 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away'? & a great way to get ur antioxidant on daily basis..
so yah basically I love fruits...!
oats in a way is good to control ur colestrol... plus mmg kenyang la kalau mkn oat... mkn for breakfast smpai ptg kenyang.... great! good for me...

so lets see how much I'll loose in 41 days....wish me luck!
