tah why these few days mcm really tired... tak bermaya...
mb its bcuz of its d day of the month?
backache, stomache, headache, no appetite to eat...
seriusly, I'm goin to go on massive diet plan... b4 my bday I want to be able to get my ideal weight & inches... lalalal~
it's not easy weyh...
my must eat everyday water, fruits & oats...
water will help cleanse my body in & out.. its also good for the skin... ok dah kawen kena jaga our skin.. not only product cream tu sume but water intake as well...
ouh yea, I come accross this 1 product.. very popular permintaan tinggi... org ramai beli sbb dia ada agen pemutih kulit tapi actually dia menipiskan kulit.. sbb dia bleach... jadi putih but pucat la.. aaaa... scary..

so yah basically I love fruits...!
oats in a way is good to control ur colestrol... plus mmg kenyang la kalau mkn oat... mkn for breakfast smpai ptg kenyang.... great! good for me...
